Paper work was easy no one had disturbing and disgusting attitudes. I recommend! Dealer followed up the price dropped and was sold before we could get there to see it. Subsequent follow up on my part resulted in mixed responses from different individuals. Never got chance to purchase vehicle as it was sold before I got there.
Fortunately, unlike others, I was notified before getting to dealership. The dealer was prompt to respond and provided personal service. They followed up and were polite and not pushy. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. Bought a toyota Avalon. Was happy with the establishment. Look at and bought a Yukon, was filthy dirty, all other vehicles where washed and cleaned. Got to a carwash when i got home and i ended up with a waterfall coming thru the roof.
Sunroof was not closed and wouldn't close. Called on Monday morning they tried to argue a little bit, they finally took it back. Will go back if they have what I'm looking for. Responded late Monday a few hours after submitting inquiry. Still waiting for pictures. The truck was not ready. It was not clean. I sat and waited from in the morning to They never even showed me how everything worked in the truck. They put different prices on the paperwork for the selling price.

They said the car was not available. But it is still on their site in their inventoryon car gurus after weeks of telling me that car has mechanical issues and could not be sold which I find strange. As of the time of this comment the car is still on CarGurus as new arrival.

This dealer will be one of my first stops in finding the right one. This dealer responded immediately to my inquiry. However, I bought the same car from another dealership that had fewer miles on the vehicle. Wouldn't respond to my phone calls. When they did and I was approved, two days before I was supposed to come get the car, they sold it out from under me.
They didn't even have the couch to call me at all! These are low life people and not someone that you want yo deal with. Very responsive dealer. Buyer be aware. She canceled the 3rd delivery, demanding I re-sign another contract by noon, not taking into consideration that I cannot function physically until or after 3 p. My vehicle was scheduled to be delivered until p. Driver advised me on first embarrassing delivery that as long as contract was signed during delivery, and I had proof that purchased vehicle was on auto insurance policy, he'd leave my car!!
I did add it to my auto insurance policy to start by date given, only to find that they never brought the car on that day!! Now I have to go through the troubles to get it off!! Driver was rude, late, and brought car to me at dark, and don't even carry an I pad for customers to e-sign, in case contract not retrievable online to customer!!
He was yelling across the street my business and personal information to me!! What was most humiliating was that he brought down the vehicle, with my neighbors watching, to later take it and put it back on flatbed!!!
I had purchased the vehicle in full!! The funds were verified with my credit union, which took an hour and 3 attemps due to their lack of organization!! It only means that due to their negligence and discrimination against a Disabled, Gay Hispanic, they are only setting Carvana up for lawsuits!!!

Told me they would keep an eye on the vehicle but it appears to have bee.
Sold and I was never notified about it. Will not make an effort to visit this dealership in the future. Joe Dangelo was professional and a great salesman and dealership was quick and easy to deal with. Flew in with price already settled on, walked into dealership, drove home in less than an hour.
